Mold Preheating Options

Mold Preheating provides the following options:

• Number of Trees in Preheat Furnace

• Preheat Furnace Soak Time

Number of Trees in Preheat Furnace

By default, the number trees in the preheat furnace is the number of trees that can fit into the furnace, as described in Mold Preheating Machine Selection. With this setup option, users can override the default on a per-part basis.

Preheat Furnace Soak Time

By default, preheat soak time is specified by the cost model variable defaultSoakTime_preheatFurnace (14400 seconds in starting point Digital Factories). With this setup option, users can override the default on a per-part basis.
